My good friend Andrew Johnson at Gartner just published this insightful article. He is one of the few IT analysts who really “get” accessibility. His emerging technology background gives him the understanding as to what is to come in the IT industry.
That is, technology without human design and thinking embedded from the start is technology of utility, not technology of value.
